Vertex Origin is a community and entrepreneurship program provided by Vertex Corporation LTD. These terms apply to NODE participation and EDGE, GRAPH and NETWORK subscriptions. These terms, expressly accepted when applying or purchasing, are read with the order summary and mandatory pre-contract information. For Origin-specific matters these terms prevail over general Vertex terms; mandatory law and consumer rights always remain unaffected.
Applicants must provide accurate, current information. An application, payment or add-on request does not guarantee acceptance. NODE applications are reviewed before eligible applicants receive purchase access. Applicable age, legal capacity and parental or legal representative consent requirements must be met. Participation is personal and cannot be transferred without written permission.
NODE is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The base launch price starts at TRY 100; optional services are charged only after their scope and price are separately agreed. Wall visibility is optional. An acceptance certificate confirms admission only, not educational attainment, accreditation or professional competence. One-time payment does not grant unconditional permanent visibility or unlimited use of the Vertex brand. The proportionate review and termination rules below also apply to NODE.
EDGE, GRAPH and NETWORK are monthly plans. Launch prices are TRY 250, TRY 500 and TRY 1,000 per month respectively; the binding amount, currency, taxes, renewal and start date are shown before purchase. Automatic renewal begins only when clearly disclosed and agreed. Unavailable or preparatory services are not treated as active. Sessions are scheduled by mutual arrangement; NETWORK capacity and weekly sessions depend on actual team availability. Reasonable alternatives are offered for necessary rescheduling. Office visits are subject to eligibility and local visitor/security rules.
Vertex may update future prices to reflect demonstrable changes in law, taxes, third-party service costs or service delivery costs. The new price and effective date are announced on the program page. Existing subscribers receive the amount, reason and affected renewal date by email or another durable medium at least 30 days in advance, subject to any longer mandatory period. Increases do not apply retrospectively to paid periods or completed NODE purchases. Participants may cancel future renewal without penalty before the increase takes effect; legally required consent will be obtained. Participants are responsible for following announcements, keeping contact details current and checking messages; this does not remove Vertex’s notification duties. Material reductions in scope are also notified in advance, with applicable cancellation/refund rights preserved.
Participants may cancel future renewals through the available billing portal or by emailing [email protected]. Ordinary cancellation retains access until the paid period ends, without affecting statutory withdrawal or early termination rights. Applicable distance-contract and consumer-law withdrawal periods, separate consent requirements for early service commencement and refund rights apply; accepting these terms is not a waiver. If Vertex cannot provide the service or terminates without valid grounds, prepayments for unprovided service are refunded proportionately, or fully where no service was provided. Termination for breach does not automatically forfeit all payments; delivered service, actual loss and mandatory rights are considered. Refund requests may be sent to the same email.
Participants must respect the law, others’ rights, confidentiality and community rules. Fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, serious rights violations, misleading representation and unauthorized commercial use of the Vertex name are prohibited. Participation does not establish employment, partnership, investment, sponsorship or authority to speak or commit on Vertex’s behalf. Brands, logos and badges may be used only within the permission granted. Lawful criticism, personal views, job loss or business failure alone are not grounds for sanctions.
Vertex may unilaterally suspend or terminate participation for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, security risks, legal obligations or exceptional circumstances supported by reliable, concrete information where continued association poses a serious risk to others’ rights, community safety or Vertex’s legitimate brand reputation. Review may include professional conduct; unverified allegations or rumors alone are insufficient. Measures must be necessary and proportionate, considering less restrictive alternatives.
Except in urgent security or legal situations, participants receive reasons and reasonable time to explain or remedy the issue. Urgent interim measures may be taken, with reasons provided afterwards where legally possible. Depending on the findings, wall entries including NODE, introduction pages, portfolio listings and badge permissions may be hidden or removed; serious loss of eligibility may result in withdrawal of acceptance/membership status and updated verification records. Historical records are not rewritten inaccurately. Participants may request reconsideration with evidence and explanations at [email protected]; a reasoned decision is provided within a reasonable time. Unnecessary personal information or accusatory public statements will not be published. Statutory refund and remedy rights remain intact.
Listing is subject to eligibility review. The NODE portfolio add-on is a long-term listing without a subscription requirement, subject to activity and program rules; it is not an unconditional lifetime publication promise. GRAPH and NETWORK visibility lasts during active subscriptions; NETWORK may receive priority positioning. Portfolio listing is not included in standard EDGE benefits. Suspected inactivity leads to contact and an opportunity to update before hiding or removing a listing. Listing is not Vertex investment, sponsorship, partnership or independent quality endorsement.
Use of Cortex and other apps is governed by each app’s own terms and privacy notices. Event attendance is additionally subject to Events Terms of Use, Events Privacy Policy and event-specific ticket, age, capacity and safety rules. Origin benefits do not provide unlimited access or exemption from those rules. Service-specific rules govern their subject matter without removing expressly purchased Origin entitlements or mandatory consumer rights.
Investment, funding, commercial success, sponsor/investor introductions, Startup Spotlight and company sponsorship are not guaranteed. These opportunities depend on eligibility, capacity and, where relevant, editorial review. Technical consulting scope is agreed separately. Feedback does not guarantee outcomes or replace regulated professional advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, Vertex’s obligation to deliver services with reasonable care or statutory consumer rights.
Personal data is handled under the general Privacy Policy. Name/founder visibility follows participant preferences; contact us to withdraw publication permission. Participants retain ownership of submitted content, granting Vertex only the limited permission necessary to publish the agreed profile or portfolio, and confirm they hold the necessary rights. Card details are processed within the payment provider’s secure fields. Important contractual notices are sent to registered contact channels; mandatory record-retention duties remain unaffected.
The Origin relationship with Vertex Corporation LTD is governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving participants of mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence or access to competent consumer bodies and courts. Material changes to these terms are notified in advance and express consent obtained where required; publication or silence alone does not replace mandatory consent. Questions, cancellations, refunds and appeals: [email protected]. The Turkish and English versions describe the same terms; discrepancies are considered in the context of the whole agreement and information provided to the participant, preserving mandatory rights.
